ECT Mentoring

All Early Career Teachers receive a dedicated mentor throughout their two-year induction period. The structured programme includes regular one-to-one check-ins, classroom observation with actionable feedback, and ongoing support tailored to individual development needs. Your mentor is there to help you build confidence, refine your practice, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way as you establish yourself in the profession.

Leadership Coaching

Aspiring and new leaders can access coaching from experienced senior leaders across the trust. Through focused one-to-one sessions, you will work on specific development goals, build the skills and mindset needed for leadership, and gain the confidence to lead effectively. Whether you are preparing for your first leadership post or stepping up to a more senior role, coaching gives you a dedicated space to reflect, plan, and grow.
